Eat Well (process)- Beware the Easter Bunny

Easter is a time when there are major temptations to overeat chocolate, hot-cross buns and other recreational food.

We need to make some “food rules” for each day of the holiday that will work for us, and stick to them.

These “food rules” might be complete abstinence from all NEEDNT foods, which means no chocolate or hot-cross buns etc, or it may be a moderation strategy such as allowing ourselves a certain small amount of chocolate etc each day.

We are all different and know what is best for us to stay on track! Take time to seriously think about what this is and plan an approach that is a useful way to do what is best during Easter.
