Eat Well – Conquer the see-food diet

Yes, the “see-food” diet is when we just eat everything we see in front of ourselves. We don’t have to think with the “see-food diet”. It’s a fantastic diet for maintaining obesity. But recovery from obesity needs conscious thinking, particularly countering the “see-food diet”.

A large plate of food sitting in front of us can happen very easily. For instance, we may have well-worn habits of always putting a lot on our plate, or find that someone has been “kind” and dished us up a mountain of food – killing us with “kindness”. The thing to remember is that we do not necessarily have to eat it all.

An excellent strategy for conquering the “see-food diet” is to make a conscious decision about how much to eat. It is not necessary to eat everything we see.
