Take Control – Develop strong new eating routines

An excellent strategy for us to lose control with eating is to not think ahead. However, having to think a lot about what to eat all the time can get to be a real drag and very tiring, which is why we must get into strong new eating routines.

Overtime these new eating routines will become new habits that we do without thinking. Once this has occurred we’ve developed a new lifestyle that is underpinning both weight loss and maintenance of weight loss.

Starting off by having a plan each day about what to eat and then sticking to it will start the process of developing new eating routines – one day at a time, starting today.
